Update: Hi guys. My physician wasn't really concerned and told me to go to a throat specialist if they persist. I've learned that lymph nodes sometimes swell and remain enlarged indefinitely. Hi doctors and fellow users. I have these two submandibular lymph nodes under my chin on either side that are around about the size of a pea or a bean.
