open minded like to help others,middle of three 1 older brother 1 younger sister. used to be active in charities for walks and fund raising for deprived children till my back obtained a damaged disc.

Thankyou both for your kind thoughts and so good to hear from you..Im due another increases of my amyrtiptelene which seems to helping mask the pain as it should do.It causes a numb sensation in the areas affected so skin sensitivity touch feels different. Providing things improve with each increase as it is at the moment this shall be more tolerab... more
Hello all my friends on e.health forum i thought it was time to update you all since my cancelled surgery. I have been absent from the forum for sometime now as ive been run down and try to cope with new medication.
Once again its been a rollercoaster and i had to concentrate on adapting to side effects and keep myself motivated as best i can.

hello this is common with constipation as i have myself the same problem. As with any lumps get them checked but im sure you shall be told its hemmarroid and i treat mine with preparation H which reduced swelling of the the pesky lump which can be painful..
good tip is drink plenty water 4/5 glasses a day and eat high fibre to keeps motions soft.

thankyou caroline i must admit i am exhausted i felt i was on a convyer belt while in hospital everything was done so fast and results rapid.
I couldn,t make sense of it at first as i even met my aneasthetist and last results to arive was my scan..cried so many tears but with support i have realised what a big mistake surgery would have been.

I am so thrilled at all your kind responses and prayers. The reason in now write this thread is too let you all know that once i had bloods taken and heart tracing along with new mri scan my surgeon found surgery was not a good idea..
