I found a great fish oil that is not too expensive. Each capsule has 1000mg Marine Lipid Concentrate and has been tested for Mercury. It says to take it three times a day. I have been on it a month and feel great. Its called NuTruEssentials Fatty Acid Formula. Everyone should be on it.
