I don't know what could be causing your stomach to cramp so much. How long has this been going on? & you need to eat more than a sandwich & drink more fluids (water), you can have diarrhea from dehydration. My sister has ulcerative colitis and she sometimes has bloody stools ans severe cramping. Have you had a colonoscopy? That could help, ... more
