Its possible that you are in labour brought on by an infection,smelly discharge ussually sugests an infection but could also just be the infection causing the pain i really hope youve sought help good luck 
Hello,I wouldnt worry that it was faint could have been babys position also heart beat isnt usually clearly heard until 20 weeks,as long as it was fast enough everything is fine good luck
