If she is pregnant now, the pill won't help that. But I really don't think she is, based on what happened, but going on the pill will prevent pregnancy in the future (along with a lot of stress).

While I don't think stopping smoking will increase your penis size, it will help your "performance" in the future, so if that's not a motivation to quit, I don't know what is.
