I think that's a good sign of a good recovery. Progress looks good and positive. Keep it up!
If you were just sick, the lymph node can remain swollen for a while. I think it's about 2-3 weeks or so but it might be up to a month. No need to worry, though if you feel nervous about it I would suggest seeing a doctor.
In my experience, when we are doing repeat follow up CT scans on patients with a KNOWN cancer, we can see lymph nodes. They generally watch them to make sure they do not grow. Make sure you keep open communication with your doctor, and see a specialist, if you have not already.

Any infection in your teeth can lead to infections elsewhere- infections can spread to the heart, sinus region, brain, etc. Very serious and this needs attention right away! Meanwhile, it's possible that when your teeth hurt, you're holding your head at a slight angle or hunching your shoulders unconsciously.
