Prediabetes changing to diabetes ?
Diabetes on 04-14-2009
I was diagnosed with prediabetes last week. The only thing my doctor told me was to eat 6 small meals, avoid sweets, exercise, and drop 20 lbs. He didn't give any other information, nor did he offer any resources for information. Although, I am probably 20 lbs. over weight (163 lbs), I am 5ft 6.5 inches tall and I workout with weights regularly. ... more

Vagina too wet to feel anything
Vaginal and Uterus Health on 04-07-2009
OK, I've spoken with my gynocologist about this, and she says she's never heard of such a thing.....Since I had my partial hysterectomy, I am actually too wet. When I got up an hour an... more

I had been obese for most of my life (225lbs at my worst), but have been between 155-165 lbs for the past 2 years. I cook Weight Watcher meals and try to keep snacks pretty healthy. I did call the doctor'... more

General Q and A on 03-30-2009
Hello, I'm 41 years old and exercise 4-5 times a week. I weigh 165 lbs, and realize I'm about 20 lbs over what I should be (i'm 5ft 6.5 inchs tall). I have been feeling horrible off/on for about a year, but it seems to be getting worse. I start to feel sick to my stomach, shaky, confused, and cold/sweaty usually in the morning. In the past, af... more
