Mono and vertigo do indeed go together. As a matter of fact, that was one of my worst symptoms and it took the longest to get rid of, and occasionally it still tries to sneak up on me after 4 months. But there is really nothing you can do about except give it time and roll with it.
Hi - I myself am 47 and have had mono for the past 6 weeks. It's absolutely ridiculous since I already had a full blown case when I was 17 and the doctors say you can't get it twice. Right?!!
