I have had this problem for around 6 years now and have been unable to get any help or find out any helpful information. My problem started after having a wart frozen and then removed from my left middle finger, the skin never seems to heal it just builds up very thick (as tvwayne1 said it feels just like I have a few layers of glue on my finger)... more
