I don't think so. Check your vitamin bottle to see if choline is included.
It's not in all b vitamins. The one I like the best is the solaray capsules b-100. I can't believe how quickly this helps. Start out with 3 per day and keep that pace for a few days then drop down to two for a few days.

Please read the section on manic depression regarding choline. When I mentioned "the deepest depression in my life", it actually referred to a post-partum depression that occurred at 9 weeks after the birth of my daughter. I was nursing at the time and think it had something to do with that as I was more depleted of nutrients.
