Recently in the last few days, It has seemed as if I have contracted a FLU.
I have a Headache, Sinus, Blocked Runny Nose, Aches and Pains in my buttcoks to weakness in my legs and feeling sick. Still have chest pains and a cough.
At 2am this morning I believe I had a panic, there was so much going through my head, What I remember is:

I hope Weakness in the Legs is apart of it, I have had it over 2 weeks now and it is driving me nuts, Sore throat, Coughing, Cannot sleep, Sore eyes.
If this happens then there is some sort of attraction there and doing something might just happen.
You may say to yourself, No No No, It will not happen but you have to control that urge. I think you may need to see a councillor. I am not saying you are mad or crazy but it would be the best option in my mind.

I have never really suffered anxiety in the past, My Mum has really bad and so has my Aunty and my Nan.
