My father has had Parkinsons diseas for over 15v years now. He has good days and bad days. Sometimes he has auditory hallucinations that there are people in the room when there are none. My father has just had a heammoregic stroke and he also has parkinsons. Its early days yet, and I dont know what we can expect but I found your experience very similar to my own.
