Sounds like a Kidney stone to me. I've passed a few and that is the area where it hurts. I would advise having a mri or cat scan done to see whats going on. If I were you, I would go see an Ear, nose and throat specialist. Sounds like some inner ear imbalance and if you have headaches on top of that, it could be a sign of something serious.
