ok so...my husband and I have been trying to concieve now for the past 6 months with no avail...I attribute this to my irregular cycle. But about 3 months ago, my cycle regulated itself to a 30 day cycle to the day. hi, I have heard that you shouldn't eat deli meat, certain tuna, any game fish, stop drinking coffee and caffinated beverages, don't smoke or drink, and you should definitely get on a prenatal vitamin that has 800 mg of folic acid. Also try to drink a lot of milk!
