I am 36 and I have been fighting with symptoms for nearly 3 years now that my GP and cardiologist diagnosis as anxiety. I have had the basic blood tests an ekg and a 24hr holter monitor which all came up normal. The holter was of course on a good day had no significant palpations... MY BP is often above normal at 135/90 been working to get it lower... more

I have also had the "anxiety" diagnosis from my cardiologist. I feel skipped beats often thru the day mostly in my throat. Whenever sitting still like watching TV, at a computer or lying down I can always feel my heart beating. Sometimes I can even see it in my chest/stomach...
