Doesn't it feel good to share your stories. I can't believe there are so many of us out there that are so young, and by young I mean anyone from 10-75. I'm about to turn 25 on monday. My advice would be to get a different doctor if you are not satisfied. That makes all the difference. And secondly I would make a list for the doctor stating all new and old symptoms and how severe they are. That is what I do because I have terrible memory problems. It's okay to be concerned. Someday I want to have children, i'm only 23 right now though. But anyways, it is an extremely low chance of passing it on. I would almost say rare. So you shouldn't worry. Spinal Tap

I had to have a spinal tap done to confirm my diagnosis. I have to say it was pretty uncomfortable, but there are a lot more painful things to go through. And it does not take long, so it's not the worst thing. And more than likely you will never have to have another one again.

I was 17 when I first started noticing I wasn't normal. I had frequent fainting spells, but I wrote it off as just low blood sugar or something. After I turned 21 is when I got hit hard.
