No, I want to quit. I have stopped now for 3 days and feel a little better, but how do I know when my stomach cannot absorb B vitamins, is it possible I am there already or would I know? I'm trying to keep my diet simple and away from acids and I'm not drinking...

I was a bartender for awhile and was taking aspirin with alcohol regularly for hangovers and ended up having black stool so i went to the hospital and they said i had lost blood and got an endoscopy, they saw where i was bleeding and kept me there for a few days then let me go and said to take it easy.
