lucy315, I agree with you that the fetus is human from the moment the egg and sperm meet. Once this happens, I believe that although the mother has rights over her child, the child, as a human, still has a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness as defined in the American Constitution.

A child cannot live on it's own, in womb or out of it, no matter who is raising it. If nobody happens to care for the child, it simply dies.
