This is the longest i've gone without getting tonsilits (3 months) for the last few years. I was told by a doctor that if you get it more then or 6 times in 2 yrs that you ahve to get them removed. I think you should tell them, just sit them down one by one and explain thats you can't change yourself and that they should accept you for who you are. If they are true friends they will accept you.
