My heart goes out to you and your daughter, and ANYONE suffering from stones! My wife's been suffering from kidney stones for the past year. She has passed about 8 in the passed year. I was addicted to cigarettes for many years. Haven't smoked for over five. I have been on the hypo diet for over six months. I recently went on a trip (stressful,a funeral) and decided to smoke. It helped me out tremendously with my constant anxiety and panic attacks. I will not go back to smoking, but I do find it helps when in stressful situation... more
Everybody if you are consuming sugar like most young people are you better expect many problems. Panic attacks are on the rise due to sugar and stress. Check out the hypoglycemia forum. There is a great book (The Mood Cure, can't remember the authors name, also the Crazy Makers by Carol Simontacchi. Our American diet is making us crazy.
You could be hypoglycemic. Google Hypoglycemia symptoms. There are test online. Hypoglycemia is one of the causes of panic attacks.
