Apply a lot of cream to ensure the place does not dry up and it remains soft. This will reduce itching. Get checked to rule out eczema

Mostly eczema. Skin diseases as a rule do not go away in a hurry. So be prepared for a long haul. The disease is only an irritant so no need to panic

Recently I have noticed that I have a lump in the throat which will not go away. It is exactly the type of lump that we get when we want to cry but cannot.
