if yr worry about the whitening just ask yr docter. how offen do u get periods? my periods stop last year when i gave up smokeing and went off the pill, then i notice then i was not getting any periods at all, as i went to the docters for test and yes im going through menopause.

Well said in yr message Andholding as for me im gettting the hot flashes all the time only bad at nites so i went to the docs today and hes put me on dixarit, i have;t heard of it be 4, so im going to try this one i have try herbs and they just dont work for me.
I was going to try the estrogen patches but the doc is trying me on something diffenet its called (Dixarit) it helps to stop the hot flushes, so i can have a better sleep at nite hope it works.........
I have got menopause i have had the for sometime now had to go to the doc for some medz and he is going to try me on DIXAIRT i would like to know if any1 in there mid 40's that r going through menopause, has tryed this medz please let me know what it like does it slow down the hot flushes.

the estrogen patches will that help the hot flashes that i get every day and nite, as mine get really bad at nites so in the end i have to sleep with the fan on, will the estrogen patches work if i ask my Docter.
