Very guite and intraverted.I like being left alone most of the time. Don't like crowds, don't go out much.

First of all, anyone is going to tell you to see a pyscologist, and go from there. It is a long road and a long battle but, you also have try and stay away from those triggers that are the culprit. Sorry, yes it could be a relationship.
Many times anorexia can be very well associated with Bipolar disorder. As I, when I am in one of my down swings, I tend to not eat. Sometimes for days.
I would try and talk to your doctor and see if you can start on a high fiber diet or something so you at least have something substancial in your stomach.

Yeap, the good ole "Super Bug". I got it through surgery 5 years ago. Now immuno-comprpmised.
I will speak for myself. That was one of the biggest things I noticed with my anxiety attacks was fear. Anxiety is fear of everything as far as I am concerned.
Personally, I did not like it. Made me a mad girl all the time. Always angry and hateful.
