Has anyone taken the liquid life complete vitamins? I am looking for a good liquid vitamin or a vitamin that has good absorbtion.
My wife & I have been.
Not sure about absorbtion...but its great for us.
though at times it seems more like a energy boost... its per the balance of vitamins it gives.

For me ...there is arugments about liquid versuis pill... and since they pill equivalent of what what I take by liquid is way too many pills I prefer liquid.
Whether its better than solid pill or not, I dont care... Its already confirmed that it does what was needed per my own doctors tests.

The use of liquid life has litterally helped my wifes blood sugar & mine both and has been already confirmed that it was the only change we made to the diet for a month and it litterally helped the numbers.
