Melatonin and 5-htp
Both of these have been mentioned, but I didn't see anybody mentioning them in conjunction!
About 3-4 nights a week I take 50mgs of 5-htp with 3mgs of Melatonin at the same time, 30-60 minutes before I plan on falling asleep. They aren't a knockout drug, if you stay up - you won't fall asleep...but once my head hits the pillow... more

Yeah I work for a health chain who recently started carrying these stupid products. I voiced my opinion for a long time against it, because I don't believe in ripping people off when they are just trying to be healthy.
My girlfriend even bought a pair...which I berated her for afterwards. And no, they didn't do anything, lol.
