can an untreated scrotal hernia cause ED?

In quite a bit of discomfort right now, way more than usual, don't think I can handle another physical exam too painfull. Have to help my brother in-law move some furniture this weekend, my sister is pregnant, hopefully I will swell up again and then head straight to the ER.
