No. You can get tears and fissures from improper lubrication. You can aggrevate hemmerrhoids. Many things can happen,but anal sex will not give you colon cancer and in case you were wondering, you can't get pregnant that way either.

I think you should call your oral surgeon. She may be fine,but to be safe, I would get it checked out(should not be additional charge for post-op check or a very minimal charge).Good luck.
