I am impressed (and mildly horrified) to learn that you performed your own vasectomy!

At least you don't have to worry that your do-it-yourself vasectomy might increase your risk of developing prostate cancer (you would find it much more challenging to do prostate cancer surgery on yourself than doing a vasectomy!).
