I took topamax for awhile and I finally went off because it did not do anything for the bipolar and it made my hands shake way to much. I do hair so it affected me a lot. I have heard that vitamin b6 helps and so do the wristbands for motion sickness.

You should at least give any new medication at leats 6 weeks before quitting it, unless there is a reason and your doctor aggrees you should go off. I am on p[axil cr for my aniety.
