I have the exact same thing you do. I have seen a doctor about it back when it started about 6 years ago. It scared the crap out of me at first. When I seen my family doctor he told me it was migraines and sent me to a nuerologist to confirm the diagnosis. I'm pretty sure you're getting migraines.. They're a pain in the butt.
