I have hoshimoto's thyroiditis. I am also taking synthroid. For me my hunger varies. Sometimes I am extremely hungry and other time I have not appetite. When I go through my "hungry" phases I feel as though I am burning though my food much faster. I could eat a normal meal and feel full and about 20-30minutes later and sometimes much less... more

i don't know if this will help at all but its a shot. I have suffered from bouts of depression and anxiety for many years along with other recent medical problems. I have found treatments that help but nothing with longevity. What I have found is this:
