I have suffered from insomnia, anorexia nervosa and caffeine addiction between 15 and 20. I have since done a lot of personal development and am now working out daily, feeling great about myself and getting enough sleep. I want to help people that have the same problems... Full Bio

Green Tea
Cholesterol on 12-26-2008

To burn fat and stay thin long-term you have to build new habits - that includes eating and exercise habits - into your life. Unfortunately it is not a... more

Help Im a Caffeine Feen!!
Pregnancy on 12-26-2008
Try to change from coke to green tea or white tea. Better and healthier sources and you still get a little bit of caffeine with it. Remedy For Sleep
Alternative Medicine on 09-29-2008
Please don't call this off-topic - I just have a totally different approach to better sleep. I also had insomnia but things are no longer a problem for me since I do 12 basic yoga stretching exercises before I go to bed, then meditate for 3-4 minutes and then go to bed wearing ear plugs (I might get myself sleeping mask). I've totally quit caffein... more

ABOUT Caffeine
Diet Pills on 09-28-2008
Thanks so much for this article! Very important, very important stuff in there. Especially: "However, more than half of all American adults consume more than 300 mg of caffeine every day, which makes it America's most popular drug. " "ts effects are short-lived and it tends not to negatively affect concentration or higher brain functions. Howeve... more
