I have just been diagnosed with 'connective tissue disease, probably Lupus'. I have the official leaflet for Plaquenil, from the National Health Service (UK), and it states that you may drink alcohol when on antimalarials. I only occasionally have a drink, I have to be careful because I take strong opiates for pain, I also have fibromyalgia. ... more
