one thing to learn about becoming a woman is that most anything is "normal". unfortunately your friend may just be one of us women who's period is irregular and tends to stay that way. she should keep records of all this and take it into her doctor when she goes, just so she can get some feedback on it. probably nothing to worry about though.

do you know what causes pregnancy? kissing (any part of your body) isn't one of those things.
HOWEVER, kissing some parts of your body may lead you toward other behaviours that CAN lead to pregnancy.
for example, if you are doing anything that involves getting his penis near your vagina, then that can (obviously) cause pregnancy.
