I'm in Washington State and I can't buy a product at the store or read my local newspaper without needing to know Spanish. We also have several Spanish speaking tv stations.

I was prescribed Topamax for seizures, and like others in the 200mg and higher group my tastes changed along with my desire for food. In the first two months I lost 50 pounds!
