I was a 22 year old college student when I was hit - and hit hard. That may have been 25 years ago but yes there are younger people with ms.

Lesions can show up on the brain, spinal cord, both or just one area. I was a 22 year old college student when I got hit. 25 years here and I have a clear mri for a brain scan. My problem was damage to the spinal cord.

I was on nuerontin very briefly and the only thing I remember for the two week period was as I was coming off of it. Preventative maintanance broke something on my toilet as they were repairing it and spent the whole afternoon in my bathroom with the light connected to the exhaust fan on while my head was trying to explode.
