Huh, I guess I forgot it could be related to psychological defects... I'm expecting being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Panic Attacks, plus I have ADHD, so it might have to do with some brain imperfection. To me, that definitely fits the description of Sleep Paralysis. Don't know where I read this, but whatever I read said that "When your body is falling asleep, your consciousness stays awake and your brain goes into sleep mode.
