First off...calm down. If a yeast infection became so severe at to affect your reproductive system...you´d be close to dead before it happened. So look on the bright side.

**Wear cotton underwear (no nylon). Double-rinse your underwear when you launder it.

It IS possible to have a yeast infection with only one simple symptom but left untreated could get worse and you may end up with a full blown infection.
You could do some home remedies.
