Can someone tell me if this diagnosis is Cancer? Carcinoma in situ level II?

I wouldn't say it bleeds easily, because it only bleeds a very tiny bit, and that is when I actually pull the scab off. It has not gotten bigger at all, it is the exact same size it was when it first came up. I can also tell you it's doesn't have a pearly white translucent look around it.

Yellowing Skin is usually an indication of problems with the liver. It could be mild or major...seek medical attention.
My sister's boyfriend has this same problem. I have always wondered what causes it. She can't even sleep next to him because of it. Not much info on the internet from what I've seen.
