Maybe you are under stress, too much work or a disorder that can be caused by the pills, you can wait a few days and check if it get normal again or go to the doctor maybe it is an infection or somerhing like that, the only way to be sure is visiting yoyr doctor.

I used to put some tea bags cold under my eyes in the mornig before my makeup, too much water, 8 hours sleeping and no makeup for going bed because I noticed that the brown circles get deep while you sleep with makeup in your eyes specially in the eyelash.

Panic attack can not kill you as far as I have heard about, this is an emotional disorder that can be solve by a doctor with some therapies, you should visit a psicologist and that the best solution for that what you have could be another illness, but anyway a panic attack can not kill you.
