I took YAZ for 1 month and developed bilateral pulmanary emboli. I had 11 in my left lung and 10 in my right lung. I am 40 years old, don't smoke, and run 5 miles a day. I am now taking warfarin blood thinner and will have to take it for another 3-6 months. I cannot run or overexert myself as long as I am on the warfarin. Just an FYI for those... more
