Try this exercise to control/synchronize your eye muscles: Look at the tip of your nose, cross your eyes! Hold for 3 seconds and relax. Then look up at the ceiling without moving your head, hold for 3 seconds and relax your eyes. Repeat 5 times.

Insomnia
Sleep Disorders on 08-25-2008
Try a cup of hot camomile, catnip, anise or fennel tea. All these drinks contain natural ingredients which will help you sleep.

Most health food stores will also have special blends of herb tea designed to soothe you and help you get to sleep. I bet you will find it helpful =)

Braces
Dental Health on 07-24-2008
i dont think that 11 is too young. I think children often prefer to get the braces done and early with at a younger age anywayz. Then they can have great teeth all through highschool, and dont have to wear braces during that time. I wish i could have gotten my braces at that age.
