I have had h-pylori testing, not the others you mentioned. H-pylori was negitive. Is h-pylori the same as the test you mentioned?

Lower left abdominal pain can be gas or diverticulitis. Pancreas usually causes upper abdominal pains.

I had upper left abdominal pain 17 years ago and the dr said it was gastritis. Since then I have had off and on pain in the upper left abdominal area. I also will have pain in the back area.
