Personally, I hate Stephen King's writing. If a movie based on a King novel is bad, I feel I can rest assured the novel is even worse. Blah.

The things like custody and combat...I feel as though these things are stemmed in the sexism in society. It's becuase people think a mother is the most important in a child's life so they award her most of the custody. Blah- Norplant has really bad connotations...so, just right off the bat...I have a concern with Implanon.
It seems that anything that long-term doses of hormone will have similar side effects (like Seasonale or something), and they tend to be a more severe than say a daily oral dose of hormone:
