I have HYPOthyroidism. When first diagnosed, my TSH was up in the 100's. Doctors were like "Whoa your thyroid is waayyy outa whack". I've had low thyroid for like 2 1/2 years. When my thyroid was first tested it was in the 100's. It came on fast and hit like a ton of bricks.
