Ive been on Zopiclone for 4 weeks now as I had not slept for 5 days due to a terrible argument with an ex-partner. I started on 7.5 mg and have cut down to 3.75 each night. I try to sleep without it but I can't then I panic and take it and fall asleep for about 7 hours. but I have such anxiety and don't know if it's due to the sleeping pill or just... more
