Bruises on or above hip bone on bothe sides?
jbarraclough / Abdominal Pain on 05-17-2009 13:38pm
I didn't even feel them, but my wife noticed a bruise on each side of my lower abdominal area. The one on my right side is about an inch above my waist line and directly at 3:00 on the proverbial clock (if my belly button is 12:00). The left side bruise is slighty higner and a tiny bit more towards my back (like 8:00). I have no idea what this c... more

I have a strong family history of gallbladder removals (dad, grandmother, aunt). If my gallbladder was dysfunctional, would I be getting these types of cramps? I r... more

Extreme cramping on right side
jbarraclough / Stomach, Ulcers, Gastric Bypass on 06-25-2008 00:25am
I have a cramp in my side all the time. It is right behind my gallbladder and feels like the same type of cramp you would get as a kid after running too much in P.E. I am in good shape and take a fiber supplement every morning. I have high stomach acidity, so I take Aciphex once a day. Went to the doc and all my tests came back normal including... more
