Could this be IBS?

Hello all. I'm a 26 year old mother of 2. I've been having SEVERE nausea about 4 to 6 days before my monthly for about 4 months now. This only happens at night but will sometimes go into the morning. I can't sleep at all. I wake every 30 to 45 minutes sick and in SO much pain. It's the hardest feeling to explain. It just hurts all over my stomach.... more
