You should try it with food coloring and the dull side of a butter knife. That way you get the visual of a knife across the skin without it actually harming you, and food coloring is runny and looks a lot more like blood than a marker which just looks like a straight line.I have never heard of this method before.

nights sweats caused by CP

I always sweat at night, and it's not just a little bit of sweat either... like I will wake up with sweat rolling off of me and usually I can just wipe it off of my body and go back to sleep, but this morning I woke up (only like 2 hours after going to bed)... and there was literally a puddle of sweat in my bed. I do the the elastic band thing when I get the urge to cut, but it only half works it gives me physical pain which is something I need, but I need to see the blood as well as I think I am addicted to it.
